A vision for St Thomas' School

At St Thomas' our aim is for children to be happy, confident, thoughtful learners who take ownership of their learning, are proud of their achievements and are well prepared to be contributing members of society ready for life in the modern world.

With children helping to design a creative, stimulating and challenging curriculum, suited to the children's needs, they will become independent thinkers and collaborative workers.  Their learning will be meaningful, challenging and have purpose and equip each child with the skills they need for lifelong learning.

We value risk and challenge, respect and empathy, reflection and responsibility.

Our policies reflect this vision and are available here as pdf files for you to read if you wish.
